Our Shipping Policies and Rates

All items ship within 10 business days of receipt and confirmation of the order. Every order placed on AmericanWoodcrafts.com will be confirmed via e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail confirmation, please contact us at 800-796-1793 to be sure that your order was received. Please carefully place your order, as incomplete information can result in shipping delays. The customer assumes responsibility for any delays and charges caused by incorrect or partial shipping information. All damage, shortages, or errors must be reported within seven days else order is considered complete.

 

Although all items are well-packaged, we have no control over the handling of the package after it leaves our facility. Occasionally items may be damaged in shipping. If damage occurs, please contact us at 800-796-1793 as soon as possible. We will fix or replace the product, whichever we determine is best, as quickly as we can. We will ship the replacement item to you via USPS or UPS ground shipping in the US 48. For damaged items shipped outside of the US, we will pay shipping charges equal to the cost of UPS ground shipping to the border. The International customer will be responsible for the remainder of the shipping charges on the replacement item. If international customers wish to purchase shipping insurance, please contact us before completing your purchase. If expedited shipping is wanted, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the difference between ground shipping and expedited shipping. Shipping charges associated with the original order are not refundable.

 

All orders shipped outside the United States may have customs fees, duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with them. The customer assumes responsibility for these charges. We do what we can to minimize these types of fees (including shipping packages via USPS if possible) but we do not control the charges associated with transporting packages into other countries. American Woodcrafts, LLC reserves the right to ship packages via USPS outside of the US even if UPS is selected on the order. Please call us at 800-796-1793 if there is a problem with shipping USPS.

 

Please note the following information regarding UPS 3 day shipping so you understand the process before choosing this option. The additional charges associated with the 3 day shipping option go to UPS to expedite the shipping of your package. These charges cannot be refunded for any reason after the item has shipped via UPS 3 day. UPS does not count the day the package was shipped as one of the days nor do they count Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays in this time. What they mean by 3 day shipping is 3 working days (not including the day the package is shipped) before you can expect delivery. Also, we ship items from our facility as soon as we possibly can, especially when we see that you have selected UPS 3 day. Please note that we do need time to make an item before it ships. We are happy to help with your expedited shipping needs.
